The University of Wisconsin–Superior became the latest school to join the Unfair Campaign, which looks to bring attention to the “unfairness” of being white. The campaign’s slogan is “It’s hard to see racism when you’re white” and claims that “society was set up for us.” Below is a PSA ad:

A UWS spokeswoman told Campus Reform that the university is sponsoring the campaign because it is an “opportunity on our campus to talk about all privilege and to create conversation” as well as to “learn and to grow together.” The university is planning to hold events with the Unfair Campaign and have professors discuss the project.
Last year, the University of Minnesota Duluth, which is less than ten miles away from UWS, dropped its sponsorship of the Unfair Campaign, saying that it was “divisive” and “alienating” to the student body. Interestingly, other institutions in the Duluth/Superior metro area are also involved with the Unfair Campaign, including Lake Superior College, the City of Duluth mayor’s office Human Rights Commission and American Indian Commission, St. Louis County Public Health and Human Services, and several area churches.

Really, I got news for these morons, it’s hard for me not to see racism directed at me only because of my skin color! Hell I don’t know how many times I’ve had to verbally slap down some person of color going off on me and point out to them that I’m first generation and my people didn’t do jack to them. I’m tired that just because I’m considered “White” certain people “believe” that I owe them something. Nobody ever gave my parents or me a damn thing, we had to earn it, and that’s OK because it’s the American way!
If its unfair to be white, can I get reparations for being part of this race against my will?

Well, yeah, it’s unfair being white when you consider other people get extra credit for being born a different color and qualified white people get passed over in order to hire or grant admission to lesser-qualified non-whites.
I can report as citizen of this region that this “campaign” is not going over well with the citizens here.

This nonsense will continue as long as there is tenure at tax supported institutions. Taxpayers should not be funding the Left in academia or anywhere.

Hillsdale college is one of the finest learning institutions (of its type) in the land and it has a student body of around 1300.

Yes. I was referring to the general tenor of the average college campus today—and this particular aberration occurring at Univ. of Wisc.
The difference with Hillsdale college is that they accept no federal dollars. Its very expensive but they produce the best liberal arts education money can buy. (Liberal arts in the traditional sense)

If I were a student there I’d call home pronto and tell Dad to stop payment on the check.
White students just need to claim they are American Indian as did Elizabeth Warren. Their claim isn’t subject to review or challenge.
