I, unfortunately, have to be careful to avoid anything that may contribute to my heart problems, that is why I only READ the news and not subject myself LISTENING to it.

My comment was not a meant as a personal attack but
rather expressing what has worked for me as a solution to prevent agita and outrage.

I just stopped feeding the media beast.
