Ron Paul has filed a complaint with the World Intellectual Property Organization against the proprietors of RonPaul.com and RonPaul.org, according to a blog post on their site on Friday.
The authors of RonPaul.com see the move as the ultimate betrayal from a politician who, more than many others, depended on an astounding level of grassroots support on the Internet in order to keep his longshot presidential campaigns running.

There are some interesting dynamics for those of us willing to open some valid questions about evolution. The hardest of the hardcore liberals come out with their hardest attacks since this is their most sacred of truths. It is their creation story as well as the foundation of their basic belief system as well as their most non-negotiable tenant. My email got its usual deposit from a braindead lib who used his usual bullying tactic with the mfer attack showing his anger is nothing more than proof they insist on never allowing a discussion of this or any other subject they have deemed off limits. He and a few other bullies proved far better than I ever could the intimidation tactics the commies use to maintain the Three Pillars of propaganda in America. This is their time warn tactic to maintain their control of speech in America.
Just to review, we discussed both the lack of evidence of evolution as well as the extreme impossibility of the origin of life as explained by the scientific world as an example of consensus science. You need not be a scientist to understand either of these theories as they have been pounded into our skulls for the past fifty years as the absolute truth. If anybody should be skeptical of both it should be the scientist however, as they have proved over and over with junk science such as Global Warming, they have no scientific curiosity to question or test theories which have a consensus. This proves science has become nothing more than a political tool for the liberal communist movement in many areas of junk science.
We are fighting some very powerful forces in the most influential areas of American society. The Three Pillars of Propaganda are the Media, Academics and the DNC which have formed a triad to destroy the free market system in America. They believe they can distribute the wealth and subsistence far better and “fairer” than the free market with all of its inequities. They believe if they are in charge of spreading the wealth there will no longer be any poor or disadvantaged as this system is not fair and equal since they are the smartest yet not the richest. Under their system of crony capitalism the smartest can also be the wealthiest. In their system great minds like Nazi Pelosi, Dirty Reid and Barracks Obomber can become wealthy in a more fair and just way.
Science as shown as in their Theory of Evolution, is willing to bypass most of its rules and procedures to prove or disprove a theory if that theory becomes political and serves a purpose. In the case of evolution that purpose is not only the building block of most scientific theory having to do with biology, zoology and most of the living sciences, it eliminates God from the equation. For most atheistic scientists they see God as a common myth who is a cute creation for the less informed. God gets in the way of their beliefs since God is not quantifiable or logical inside the scientific formula, so God needs to be removed from science. For most atheists it allows them to be the top of the evolutionary chain or godlike creatures in the scheme of things and especially if they view themselves superior to commoners who do not have their level of intellect. This is the consensus of most science and why they have become the first Pillar of Propaganda.
Just like evolution, science will make a pronouncement for any and every theory find a consensus and use the consensus model to cause all of academia to step in line so it then becomes a truth. This model was used for Acid Rain which turned out to be a farce yet the entire world was riddled with Acid Rain fear that all of the forests in Scandinavia would be lost due to the coal generation plants of America. A group of scientists theorized the sulphuric acid released by coal burning would be carried by the clouds across the oceans and land on their trees and kill them. They had no proof of this and as it turned out the trees were dying of a parasite attack which could have been stopped if we did not waste time on the Acid Rain theory. These scientists wanted the power plants to pay into a fund for redistribution as punishment for the production of coal and energy. It was nothing more than an attack on the free enterprise system which they despise. This was an example of how the Three Pillars work.
The first step was to make a theory of why these trees were dying which was Acid Rain. They found elevated acidic levels in those forests and immediately pointed at the coal industry. Once they began writing papers and getting their anti-free marketers to go along with it they formed their consensus and it became a truth. Now that it was a truth they became activists and took it to the media where their fellow anti-America mediots began spreading this truth to the people. Once it was well known and understood the environmentalists began demanding the DC stop this evil destruction of the forests and the Three Pillars became a trident. Laws were passed and a carbon credit plan was installed to force the innocent coal and steel plants to pay huge fines and install needless machinery to combat a threat that never existed. This is their primary tactic.
Now we see the same tactic being used for any and every political goal the anti-free marketers want. Of course this is how Global Warming is being manipulated as America is paying billions for a fraud, but the latest is guns. The commies have basically taken over the country but there is a large minority they cannot control with their Three Pillars. One of those groups is the NRA and gun owners who are overwhelmingly Free Marketers and Conservative.
Academics are forming their theories how children are safer without guns in society and it is a societal justification to limit the number of guns. It will be a consensus of academia, the media and the DNC leadership and they are doing all they can to force the politicians to take the guns from the people for children’s safety.
The same formula that was used for evolution is being used in the gun control argument. You have consensus among those who matter which are science, the media and the politicians which is a very powerful force. Once that consensus is reached there is very little which can be done to stop it. The people who stand in the way like Wayne LaPierre will be laughed at, isolated and ostracized since he is not the consensus which is why they are having their virtual firing squad with him. They know if they can eliminate the NRA they have won and will begin the long march to disarming the public and the institution of a more powerful gummit. This is their final evolution to their communist utopia done through the Three Pillars rather than the pock marked brick wall Stalin used.

The U.S. Navy will delay the refueling of the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72) for an unknown period because of the uncertain fiscal environment due to the ongoing legislative struggle, the service told Congress in a Friday message obtained by USNI News.
Lincoln was scheduled to be moved to Huntington Ingalls Industries’ (HII) Newport News Shipyard later this month to begin the 4-year refueling and complex overhaul (RCOH) of the ship.
“This delay is due to uncertainty in the Fiscal Year 2013 appropriations bill, both in the timing and funding level available for the first full year of the contract,” the message said.
“CVN-72 will remain at Norfolk Naval Base where the ships force personnel will continue to conduct routine maintenance until sufficient funding is received for the initial execution of the RCOH.”
Rep. J. Randy Forbes (R-Va.) chairman of the House Armed Services Seapower subcommittee released a statement denouncing the need for decision.
Forbes called the delay, “another example of how these reckless and irresponsible defense cuts in Washington will have a long-term impact on the Navy’s ability to perform its missions. Not only will the Lincoln be delayed in returning to the Fleet, but this decision will also affect the USS Enterprise (CVN-65) defueling, the USS George Washington (CVN-73) RCOH, and future carrier readiness.”

In other news, Downton Abbey is a 2-hour episode tonight on PBS [check your local listings for exact time]. NBC pulled Do No Harm after only 2 episodes and ‘network’ viewership of just over 2 million. And Leon Panetta spilled the beans under oath is week — both Obama and Clinton were MIA during the Benghazi attacks.
The more I see of political “leaders” (and their pimps), the more I appreciate coyotes.

I was glad that Panetta confirmed that both Hillary and Obama were out of the loop on Benghazi and that no one from White House checked in or further inquired.
But my question then to Panetta and Joint Chief Dempsey is: So what did YOU do? Why did you not send in help? Who gave order to “stand down”?

No, all these reports about idol carriers, carriers leaving the Persian Gulf, etc, are the Obama administration's ploys to scare the American people and Republicans into making the concessions on the budget that HE wants.
The driveby media and their political wing, the DNC, are trying to stamp their feet, hold their breath, and make us all freak out so they can get their way.
They don't mind holding national security hostage, as they hate the military anyway.

I heard some close thunder early this morning (around 3 a.m.). I turned on the TV to see if there were any warnings and got nothing. How big to they have to be to get a name? Some of that thunder was pretty loud — loud enough to wake me up.

Without sounding like a broken record the Demoncrat party issues talking points, campaign issues, very similarly to what you post.
For instance,take "it was all GW 's fault" or many others. Simply focus test the theory. "Its all his fault", "the rich can pay a little more", "Republicans hate women",choose your dem issue.
All are focus tested before an audience and once they look good are spread far and wide amongst the DBM. Once the DBM(driveby media) have made them "truths" they have now become "issues" and its legitimate to fund raise and demagogue us from these made up lies which are now issues.
