We need to realize that we are in a war and in war there are casualties. What war, you say? The war against lies and the truth, the war against good and evil. The LAPD has already taken sides by encouraging its members to lie, cheat and steal, and by holding in derision and contempt the very people it is sworn to protect.

By encouraging its members to perjure themselves they have declared who they really serve, namely, the father of lies. In no way would I consider this rogue cop to be a hero, but perhaps in this matter we will learn that the truth does matter. After all, there are now two "innocent" people very dead as a result of all the lies that have been told in this case.
