Those who may have noticed during their morning commute a man standing on the median of North Broad and Vine streets decked out in a white robe and pointed hood can rest assured – he's in no way a member of the Ku Klux Klan.

He waved a sign emblazoned with a graphic of a semi-automatic rifle and the text, "The KKK killed 3,446 blacks in 86 years. Black on black murders surpass that number every 6 months."

If its effectively educational its good.
But, when blacks kill blacks, that’s somehow better/more socially just/whatever than when whites kill blacks. Thus it is not an issue.

Next he can protest the hundreds of thousands of black babies being aborted every year. Better yet, maybe he could be color blind on that one issue?
