Sadly, that is exactly what most people want world wide. A dictator who more or less reflects their personal opinions. The mistake Bush made in Iraq was assuming that, given a chance, people will clamor for freedom. In reality, nothing could be further from the truth. The most you can expect is that they exchange one dictator for another.
