It’s getting easier to get away with shooting people in Chicago.

Last year, gunmen who shot and wounded someone got away without criminal charges 94 percent of the time, according to a DNAinfo.com Chicago analysis of police data.

That’s even worse than 2011, when 91.5 percent of shooters escaped charges, according to the data.

Chicago’s top cop said the “no-snitch” code of silence on the street is the biggest contributor in his department’s struggle to charge shooters. (My emphasis)

No one is going to snitch when they can’t defend themselves. People can be shot anywhere since they can’t carry a weapon for self-defense.

It is a lot less dangerous to disarm granny than it is to disarm some punk thug who WILL fire on the cops and isn’t afraid to die.

The police does not start a war with the gangs because it cannot win. If the gangs kill just one LEO every day, from a safe distance or from a prepared ambush, the killers will not be caught, but the morale in police's ranks will drop so low that people will be quitting en masse - nobody wants to die for no reason, after all. So the police simply knows its limits.

Yup, and I’d love to see the TSA shut down.

Airlines, on the other hand, have a right to say what comes onto their planes. You don’t have to submit, and you don’t have to fly...

“Airlines, on the other hand, have a right to say what comes onto their planes.”

Airlines are NOT the problem!

If the airlines were handling security, it would be effective at keeping out the crazies and would not major in offending & alienating ALL of their customers.

TSA is the agency of an elitist, power hungry government. TSA is about the conditioning of subservient, submissive subjects.

Absolutely.
The TSA is just a another vote-buying program for the Democrats.

Why the TSA was brought up is that, over the years we have seen and is still seeing, sadly, the TRASHING of our Constitution.
