Another thing to stock up on. Sigh.
Expect an uptick in rat-borne diseases.

Plague coming to a town near you.

Especially with the rat catch and release on the east coast.

“I’d shoot the little bastards, but I gotta save my ammo”

Well, I shot 30 of my precious .22 rimfire in a bullseye match this weekend.

Felt real extravagant, like when a senator when he fills up his motor yacht with 6000 gallons of diesel for a cruise.

This will probably be like banning DDT for mosquito spraying...which led to massive outbreaks of malaria throughout Africa that have killed millions.

But that’s okay, because the black plague (rat borne) will somehow probably end up by making Al Gore even richer.

It’s actually pretty safe to use around kids.. Takes a bunch to cause a problem.

Lots of kids are exposed, harm to very few.

The lone comment at the link says it all:

Well, good. The DDT ban helped the nearly extinct malaria parasite recover, maybe this will aid biodiversity by preserving the Black Death virus.

After seeing the results from glue traps, hell with that. Talk about something that should be classified as a torturing an animal to death, that is it.

You usually have to end up killing them the old fashion way when you find them in the morning, after they set there struggling in the glue all night.

Maybe that is the plan. They ban poison stating that you can still use glue traps and the like. Then they ban glue traps later on because they are a cruel way to kill an animal.

We can give them Coumadin and it’ll do the same thing.

So we will have to get a prescription to kill mice now?

Woo Hoo....cruelty to rats. Poor babies.

At least they don’t eat d-con and crawl back up into the wall to die and stink up the place. Or they crawl into the toilet and drown seeking water.

That is always a nice cruel death...drown in a toilet.

A nice rim fire 22LR shotshell puts them out of their misery.

It's for the children...

Don't trust the man who comes later claiming to be able to rid your neighborhood of rats.

This works great when I find them in my glue traps. I just load up one shell at a time in my classic Model 12 Remington Pump with Octagon barrel. Got a lousy pesky woodpecker this morning as he was trying to bore a hole in a metal roof.

I can see why the rodents in the EPA would be sensitive to these poisons.

Politicians everywhere breathe a sigh of relief. I have my own rodent suppression methods, though.

I guess there are Soros friends who are interested in marketing some sort of “green” rodent poisoning. Look for some big grants to go to them.
