In Miami, some poor guy on the street said he heard gunfire from the choppers, and obviously not knowing they were blanks (NOBODY WAS INFORMED about this ‘exercise’ in the local news!!! WT...) he hit the deck terrified. Freaked out some citizens as to be expected.

Yep...This sure smells to high heaven if the local authorites and local news media were not alerted to the exercise.
