It’s more training for when they make the final push to throw out the constitution. Makes perfect sense to do it in cities. The Commies in the big cities will simply accept what they are told about it and move on. Conservative areas would be in uproar, well unless Republicans dominated government and said it was training for the war on terror.
Besides Harris county (Houston) went to Obama by something like only 2 votes, not really a Commie stronghold.

The majority of the population live in the cities or in very close proximity. If they want to dominate, it would make sense they would do it there. The military has always done their training for city combat away from the general population in places like 29 Palms (Marine Corps). This in your face stuff is new under Obama. And the training of military hand in hand with LEAs should be outlawed under Posse Comitatus.
