"It depends on the definition of is...". While they may "win" who will enforce their "law" that millions of gun owners will thumb their noses at? What they are really wanting to do is turn us bitter clingers into criminals. While they may succeed they may want to consider first the consequences. I believe it was such an ill conceived act that led to one of our home boys giving that speech that contained the phrase, "...if this be treason then make the most of it! GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH!"
