You've got it wrong ... she doesn't see the bubble blower as a weapon , she sees it as FUN ... "shoot herself" ?? WHY NOT .. SHE KNOWS IT'S HARMLESS BUBBLES.
OK, now that more is coming out about this story, I’m not as anti-school administration as I first was.
The girl said, “I’m going to shoot you and I will shoot myself.”
What little girl says such a thing? A girl who has serious emotional issues, perhaps someone who is immersed in too much violence at home.
It was probably right to snap this girl out of the situation, and seek help for her.
“The girl said, “I’m going to shoot you and I will shoot myself.”
I assume she was going to shoot the other girl and herself with a bubble gun, not a real gun.
So now she is listed as a “terrorist threat.” How’s that helpful?
These school officials, like so many others nowadays, are idiots and public menaces.
I dunno, both of my sisters could twirl and holster a smoking cap pistol like Josey Wales in pigtails. Half-baked psychoanalysis is not helpful.
