I was just telling a FB friend of mine that my Dad got home from WWII...started raising his family, had me, The Apple Of His Eye. (gag) :)....and just started living his life, paying no attention to politics.
In the meantime, behind the scenes, quietly and methodically...the liberals were doing their “thing”...and now here we sit.

Yup. Huge mess. And the younger generations just coming of age will be the worst. How do you deprogram entire generations?
Which is one of our weaknesses, as far as our ability to field an effective political machine. We are all too busy earning a living and raising families to work at politics. We have actually FUNDED their machines.
