Good for them. We have to let the libera-fascists know that we can’t be bullied.

There’s a big one in Dundee Michigan about an hour from me.

Kudos for Cabela and their enlightened leadership.

Shame on the RINO Corbett for letting this happen. Another reason to consider leaving this state...before its welfare system and underfunded public pensions force it into bankruptcy.

I usually attend the show. Instead, will now make a special visit to Cabela’s showplace on I-78 to celebrate their decision.

They’ve already been drawn. They were drawn in 2008 with the election of Obozo, Obuma, Ozero and Otraitor.

Nice. I’ll be sure and buy from those on this list to show my support.

Rather than tie up Cabellas phone line and cut into their sales, email them and place your short supporting message in the subject line as they probably will be swamped and cannot read each one.

I live about equidistant from both the Cabela’s in East Hartford and Hoffman’s in Newington. Hoffman just recently announced that they are restricting sales of “Assault Weapons” (their term) to buyers with CCPs. I’ve got a gunsafe purchase planned for later this year and I’ll be getting that from Cabela’s

Cabelas has more integrity than all of those politicians in Washington.

Now let’s do our part. Head on over to Cabelas.com and send them a kind email, thanking them for taking this stand. I did it just now and will visit their Glendale store tomorrow and make a purchase.

Well, it looks like “Pennsylvania’s largest outdoor sports show” will likely have Dick’s Sporting Goods, a Ben & Jerry’s ice cream booth, American Apparel, Polo Ralph Lauren, and a guest appearance from “Flo” of Progressive Insurance.

I suspect Reed Elsevier, Euro parent company of Reed Exhibitions, is going to take a big hit to its wallet over this one.

Be sure to phone and write Hoffman of your decision, if you haven't already done so. Actions have consequences - and sometimes they cut into profits.

I’ll probably order something from online. We have a two Bass Pro and a Gander mountain in this area. Unfortunately all of them are 1-2 hours away. Have a Dick’s sporting goods only about 20 mins but I’m not spending any money there.

the no refund policy may not apply since the prohibition may be a breach of contract by the show.

The vendors signed up for one show and were offered something else. This may even apply to ANY vendor since the potential attendees changed.

Add to this protestors, and this is a PR fiasco for sponsors.
