Just saying... check it out. It’s just plain weird that two married people are identical to two other married people who are “crisis actors.”

They may bear a passing resemblance, but they are by no means identical.

Seriously, passing resemblance? Really?

The media usually get the story wrong, report events incorrectly, etc. If you’ve ever been a part of a story reported on the news, then you’ll know firsthand the reporting is normally shoddy. They often get names wrong, weapon types wrong, suspects wrong, victims wrong, etc. It usually takes weeks or months for the media to get the story straight. Eventually though, the correct details are typically available if you are willing to do a little research. The fact that the media reports and stories are often wrong does not mean there is a conspiracy afoot.

There is no question in my mind the media and the left would like to use this to push through gun control legislation. We have no disagreement there. We are seeing that in action. But that doesn’t mean they made it happen, or created the event, or some other weird conspiracy. Plenty of bad stuff happens anyway, nefarious plots are not necessary to explain awful events and tragedies.

What I don’t agree with is the hints and suggestions from the conspiracy crowd that this is some kind of false flag event, that it didn’t really happen, that government agents perpetrated it, that there are mystery shooters, that some kid was brainwashed by the CIA to do this so Obama could seize our guns, etc. That’s just silly stuff, and we need to be sure that kind of nonsense is not associated with conservatives. We’ll never win elections anywhere if the public associates conspiracy theorists with conservatism.

Hey you, yes I've seen that video.

I agree, there are too many RED flags in this "incident"

Staged, I don't think so, people in the ready to exploit it, definitely.

I think Rosen is a byproduct of a feminized America. I know that Lanza murdered 20 kids. And I know that Obama and his merry band of fascists will exploit those deaths to advance their fascist ways. None of this or your video justifies harassing a weak man with a flair for the dramatic. But thats just me.

Are those conspiracy theories too?

Nope. Those are cover ups. We basically know the stories there. One is a botched operation that was probably designed to further the idea that assault weapons going to Mexico from the US is some big problem. The other, Benghazi, appears to be complete incompetence and an attempted coverup after the fact.

You're forgetting Rahm's creed, never let a crisis go to waste?

Politicians try to take advantage of crisis. You know it's not just Rahm, right? I mean, he may be famous for saying that but its typical politician behavior. Heck, I'd venture to guess most people look to capitalize on a crisis to further an agenda. We don't see it that way because we believe in our ideas, but the effect is the same.

You defend oabmmies eligibility?

Yes, I think the birther stuff is silly conspiracy nonsense that will never, ever amount to anything. I think the reason Mark Levin, Rush, Hannity, etc, avoid that birther stuff like the plague is because they know if it gets associated with conservatism it seriously damages us.

Yes, really. If you actually look at their pictures side-by-side, they are clearly not the same people. Different shaped eyes, nose, mouth, etc.

I don’t know what went down at Sandy Hook. Again the media and LE coverage on it is like something out of Alice in Wonderland. The above video I had not seen. Traumatic events do bring out the loonies...but the over-emoting for the camera time and time again? Wouldn’t one be totally exhausted if those were real deep emotions?

Between this guy and the buffoon that was the MExaminer, and media blitz misinformation certainly feeds one’s skeptic tendencies. Mine included.

he found six little children and a bus driver at the end of the driveway of his home in Newtown, Conn. “We can’t go back to school,” one little boy told Rosen. “Our teacher is dead.”

...and no explanation how 6 children got out of the school during the shooting or how they ended up on a bus parked at his driveway........

Sorry but I just don't trust a 69 year old pet sitter who claims to be a retired psychologist.........

.Any word yet from the bus driver to confirm this story?

Speaking of Alex Jones, I saw that he and the Obamaphone lady got together. She’s so mad about the payroll tax increase she’s not voting for Obama in 2016!

I’m finding it difficult to have a discussion about the SH narrative anomalies on FR. Flamers are coming out of the woodwork on every thread like this, each and every time.

Salon headlined their story - Sandy Hook: this man helped save six children, is now getting harassed for it.

My question is...how did he save these six children unless shooting was taking place outside of the school? They may have been running, but the official narrative of the moment says that no one was chasing the children. Hence, he did not save them by inviting them into his house. (Pregnant pause to consider this man inviting anybody else’s children into his house.) And his on-camera delivery could use more polishing. Definitely not ready for prime-time.

This is just nuts. This gentleman was on TV. Six children who escaped were sitting in a circle in his driveway. They told him they couldn’t go back to school because their teacher had died. Between he and a bus driver, they were able to reach the kids’frantic parents via their cell phone numbers. He took them inside and made cocoa for them. A sweet grandfather man, who was a retired psychologist. He offered comfort to those little ones until their parents arrived... a dear man put into extraordinary circumstances. He was understandably distraught when he told his story.... I cannot believe the heartlessness of people who would harass him for any reason. He’s a hero, a decent citizen. What has happened to our world???

Why is no one asking why these kids ran PAST the fire station where all the other kids were to his house? Why did no one at the fire station stop them?

I have no doubt at all that this terrible massacre happened.

That said, a lot about this guy's story doesn't add up. It wouldn't be the first time someone used a disaster to get attention for themselves.

Just one point for instance. The staff locked the school down and demanded ID before they would even let the police in. So how did the kids get out? And if they went out the main entrance and down the road the first structure they would find is the fire station - where emergency responders were mustering. How did they end up past the fire station in a private home driveway?

There was one little boy in that first classroom that grabbed a few of his friends and ran when the shooting started. I’m assuming these were those children. They were all from Vicky Soto’s class.

One of the Dad’s said his son ran from a classroom and took some friends with him. The little boy was six. I’m assuming that it was this group of children and that they made their way to this man’s driveway.

You are correct: that is the way way this story is being told. The point is...not every FReeper accepts this part of the narrative at face value.

I’m not recommending he be harassed, nor am I willing to endorse the idea that this was a false flag operation, but watching Rosen’s “performance” I can’t help but think something is off-kilter.

He comes across as a drama queen who loves attention and wants to make it all about him. That’s more than a little creepy.

His story doesn’t make sense. Things don’t add up.

His “lines” sound rehearsed. I suppose after he’s told the story multiple times it isn’t surprising that he would use similar phrases, but watching multiple “performances” by him really makes the lines sound rehearsed. Also, I’d expect some modification in his delivery after a while, but with each retelling he had the same overwrought forced weepiness.

I think what strikes me the most is that I would expect some other emotions. If I’d just saved 6 kids lives (not sure that he did, but that’s what people are claiming) from a horrific murder, I would first be shocked, then I’d be angry about the murders of the other children, and then I would be joyful about the 6 I’d saved, and at some point I would probably feel proud that I’d been able to help. None of that from him. Just drama queen weepiness.

I’m not an actor, but I suspect that if I were supposed to act like I was crying over and over for the media, it would come out looking like Rosen. Kind of a fake sounding sad voice, but unable to produce actual tears.

Not saying he’s an actor and this is fake, but I am saying that his “performance” doesn’t ring true.

I’m assuming these were those children.

Your presumption should be easy to prove. But it isn't delineated that well in the present and continuing narrative. The point is...we don't know.

Very far south of Sandy Hook, we say...not only does it fail the smell test, it STINKS!
