Spray and pray technique being used here ironically. Put 19 EO’s on the table but only get 1 or 2 passed - mission accomplished. Surely some members of Congress have an IQ high enough to see through what’s being done here. I guess the question is - do any of them have the brains or tge balls to stop and question this deception.
