"It is pathetic, it is ridiculous that you are allowed -- I don't care what the justification is, that you are allowed in this country to own a semi-automatic weapon, much less a handgun," Daily Beast columnist Buzz Bissinger said to Piers Morgan on his CNN program on Tuesday. "But what do you need a semi-automatic weapon for? The only reason I think you need it is, Piers, challenge Alex Jones to a boxing matc, show up with a semi-automatic that you got legally, and pop him."

After Bissinger made his bizarre suggestion, fellow guest Abbie Huntsman, daughter of John Huntsman, laughed and said said she "would love to see that."

Morgan is married to the daughter of George Walden - who was a Conservative Member of Parliament. He was a Diplomat. He is an expert on communism.

It's usually unreadable. I attended a discussion evening with him and his wife a couple of years ago, organised by Living Marxism. He was insufferable and spent the whole evening putting down his wife. In the Independent on Sunday diary there is a piece on his book The New Elites in which he slags off David Cameron for "being a posh man pretending to be common". Utter rubbish. But even if it were true, it's better than a pub bore pretending to be an intellectual.

Daily Mirror editor Piers Morgan has been sacked after the newspaper conceded photos of British soldiers abusing an Iraqi were fake.

The impression that I had from a brief look at Piers Morgan last night, was one of the complete self serving and cynical ploy. I have never been able to watch his whole show, by my spouse has it on.

In the absence of his guest, Morgan then set up that absent guest with a brief replay of one statement. That which most suited Morgan. He then had on two talking heads, who almost fell over themselves to agree with Morgan.

The man is a subversive and a charlatan at that.

All this proves is how gleefully willing the left is to kill their opposition in cold blood, once their opposition is unarmed.

I don't think the Left is going to give us many more or any clearer warnings than this. They want us dead.
