My last flu shot was in 1972 in the service.
I managed to be unavailable when my turn came in 1973, and dodged the 1974 offering by getting out in May that year.
I get the flu about once every 10 years and just take some iced gatoraid into the steam room.
Start treatment early and don’t wait for it to take hold.
This year they guessed wrong. The most contagious flu this year is one they didn’t include in the shot.
I'm at exactly the same point. Mine started on Dec. 23.
16 days later, I hope I'm done with it. I got the flu shot at the end of October.
no flu shot.
I felt it coming on as I finished up Christmas shopping.
On Christmas day I crashed and remained a lump until yesterday
