"Compare that with the 750 million rounds of hollow point bullets that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) ordered in March." Maybe we are getting some history after all, and keep in mind, these numbers do not include the purchases of the Pentagon/Department of Defense."

I remember that Israel was tasked at making ammo for our military while Iraq was in full swing. At that time, our troops were using far more than 70 mil. rounds per year.
ATF and US Marshalls and local police training to use military drones and preps for martial law.
30 to 45 days after training starts to take action.
Interview subject says he will not comply and go home to protect his family.
Time to buy a weapon to two and start preparing.
The gov’t plans to start panic to justify martial law.

GOOD! In normal times, insubordination and mutiny would be considered dishonorable. THESE ARE NOT NORMAL TIMES!!!
The accent is right for NC and the comment regarding “roidheads” rings true, but beyond that there isn’t anything in the way of information that could be validated. I’m in NC and haven’t seen anything remotely resembling a drone.

This does seem to mesh with the "DHS Insider" stuff on the Canada Free Press website. So either it's a massive, concerted effort to drive people into a panic and fire the first shot, or it's a genuine leak.
Given the manipulative skills of today's media, it's probably the former. Still, it's wise to prepare for the worst.
They expect an uprising. They will probably get it.
