I don't have much of a response to that ...what you say is true. I can also add (in her favor) that sometimes one has to work with what one has. If, out of a nation of better people, only Orly has the courage to stand up and be counted, then Orly is the one to stand up and be counted. This is the same rationale, by the way, that I use towards those people who claim that Martin Luther King Jr was flawed (he was) or that Rosa Parks was not being altruistic (possible). In essence, the 'good Samaritan' story, whereby even though there were 'better' people available those people didn't do much and thus it was left to the good Samaritan. A good Samaritan is far better than a Priest and a Levite who walk by.
Thus, I see the point that you are LLS are making, and it holds water.
However, I so sincerely wish some other lawyer was available.
