The masked gunman who killed two people in the crowded Clackamas Town Center mall in suburban Portland, Ore., was identified today as Jacob Tyler Roberts.
Roberts, 22, was armed with a stolen AR-15 semi-automatic weapon, Sheriff Craig Roberts told a news conference today. He was not wearing a bullet-proof vest as previously reported.

If he had of pulled this in West-Texas he would have been taken out from three different directions. And the ones who ran to their cars to retrieve their hide out piece would be mad because noboby waited on them before shooting him.

Yet the police chief said he was not prepared to answer that question yet. They would not say he had shot himself or whether the LEOs shot him.
I think it was neither. I think it was a citizen who was carrying concealed and popped this kid. The police will have that person under wraps and are not ready to reveal this little fact to the media.
