Hearing Tuesday at 9 AM EST:

Get some bagels and cream cheese. It will be Breakfast at Bernie's. The lies and obfuscations will be flying as Bernie tries to splain the state's lies and obfuscations.

Featuring the Motion that Weiner conveniently forgot to mention here that will cause the most fireworks:

"Defendant's Motion to Compel Production of Evidence from Third-Party".

That Third Party being prosecution surrogate and Martin family attorney Benjamin Crump who is on the verge of being charged with witness tampering, manufacturing evidence, obstruction of justice, and a whole lot of other things that the state and media are well aware of -- especially at this point -- but just cannot bring themselves to report.

There will be fireworks. Will Crump be in court for this display or will Bernie have to go it alone while Crump gets an attorney and practices his pronunciation of those words: "Fiff uhh Mendment" for his upcoming deposition???

the GPS monitoring was put in as a trap to try and trip up the accused. They always are so in pretrial release.

It also is INTENDED to inhibit meeting with the lawyer.

This case should never have been brought.

These public trials tell you a lot about the mindset of the liberal elite. OJ was celebrated and his “acquittal” was cheered. His lawyers were transformed into icons and the decadent Kardashian descendants are stars in the popular culture. Now the Zimmerman case is an entirely different matter. The very idea that people will offer a proactive defense against thuggery is simply unacceptable. Boorish self defenders simply don’t understand that great liberal insight that thugs are misunderstood noble revolutionaries transforming the culture one mugging at a time.

I was at Fairly Dickenson University in the Cafeteria when non guilty was announced. The room broke out into a roar of cheering and clapping. It was disgusting.

The prosecution botched the OJ trial.

They were thinking about dirty tricks rather than justice.

The prosecution botched the OJ trial.

It was a Affirmative Action prosecutor, prosecuting an Affirmative Action murder, which followed from an Affirmative Action marriage. None of them worked, except the murder.

I have a question that should be easy to answer but remains unanswered at this point:

Was Martin wearing blue jeans or tan pants when he was shot???

He was wearing tan pants at the 7 Eleven and Officer Serino in his report calls them “tan pants”.

But Zimmerman describes them as “blue jeans [or sweatpants]” as does the EMT tech.

So then which were they??? They have to be still sitting in the evidence locker and are one or the other. The color doesn’t seem to be described in any of the evidence reports.

Why important??? If he was wearing blue jeans and not the tan pants he is shown wearing at the 7 Eleven, then he made it home after his 7 Eleven trip and changed his clothes before heading back out.

I can’t say the media-kardashian-complex has no ties to the OJ era, but mostly their current fame derives from the middle daughter having sex in public, as well as having abnormal body dimensions.

Killing a white person. (I thought that was obvious.)

An affirmative action acquittal I can see, b calling it an affirmative action murder doesn’t make sense. Unless Nichole and Ron allowed OJ to kill them whereas they would’ve fought harder against a white would-be assassin.

The Kardashian’s father, Robert, was OJ’s long time personal attorney.....and believed to have been involved in hiding evidence of the murders. Robert Kardashian passed away a few years ago

Good points about the pants. And I would think that would affect the testimony of the Chad kid

Be that as it may, without daughter Kim’s sex tape and residual interest in her giant lady parts the family wouldn’t be clogging up the Wasteland of popular culture. Maybe some connections from the days when Robert was still alive, lingering fame to the family name, behind the scenes machinations by friends of the family, etc., having something or other to do with the OJ trial makes up part of the foundation of their current fame. However, the sex tape is the indispensable thing.
