The GOP Dream Act is a Nightmare
The American Thinker ^ | November 25, 2012 | Charles Martel

"The proposed path to citizenship would begin in college, which is where young people go to stop thinking....Conservatives don't do well among college students, or among minorities. So the open borders Republicans' answer is to incentivize the creation of a larger pool of minority college students through an amnesty pipeline. This approach is shockingly mindless."

The GOP plan is more Democrats. Yes. That is their plan.

Make sense? It does if you already think they are sell-outs.

Granting amnesty is a willful and deliberate act of high treason.

Actually college graduates is the one education level category that Romney won more than 50% of in November. Or at least that is what the exit polls say:

Red team.

Blue team.

Same team.

There is no thought behind any of this, just political marketing to make the GOP “look good”. Never mind what is good for the nation.

There is nothing moral or positive about making illegals into citizens. There are many millions of individuals around the world waiting to be legally admitted here. It makes no sense to simply accept anyone who snuck in.

Ted Kennedy and the Democrat congress set this in motion in 1965. They devised several simultaneous processes by which to destroy the U.S.—uncontrollable entitlements and debt, fiat money, and inundating the country with hordes of Third World locusts.

With these processes nearing their denouement, the U.S. can never reform, never recover. It will descend into actual chaos and violence. That has been the Democrat plan all along.

There is no chance that the Republican Party will ever campaign against this Democrat revolution.

Yeah well, that's "the stupid party" for you.
If they push this and cave on taxes as well, that's the end of the GOP. ...Which ultimately could be a good thing if a genuine conservative party can spring up with enough strength to rebuild America from the ashes. (I have my doubts that such an undertaking is even possible at this point, though.)

Let’s see high unemployment, encourage more illegal immigration to work under the table and under cut legal citizens wages. I think if we want to cure unemployment we found the answer.

It may be well meant but it assumes a university system which actually makes SENSE, not the easy-slide liberal grooming path it has become today.

A degree in womyn’s studies and a degree in rocket engineering are NOT equivalent....
