David Petraeus’ ex-mistress, Paula Broadwell, left a female news photographer with a bloodied forehead Monday in a confrontation outside the biographer’s North Carolina home.
The 40-year-old West Point grad smacked the photographer with the driver’s side door of her Nissan Pathfinder SUV.
“I had my camera and in all the chaos the door slammed and I got hit in the head with the flash,” said Nell Redmond, a freelancer for the Associated press.
Redmond suffered a small cut on her forehead in the incident, witnessed by a Daily News reporter.
The encounter occurred just before 2 p.m. as Broadwell, wearing sunglasses and a cream-colored turtleneck sweater, tried to avoid reporters and photographers by sneaking out a side door of her house in a ritzy enclave of Charlotte.

Paula Broadwell is a former Army intelligence officer, and a current reserve officer.
She had confidential material on her laptop computer.
She divulged classified material in public speeches.
She compromised the security of a flag officer.
She DAMN SURE IS guilty of security breeches.
But, yes, Petraeus is the worse scoundrel in the affair. No question.
Nevertheless, they both deserve to be shot.

What a headline! In fact, as the door was being closed, the snoopy camerawoman shoved her camera forward. The door then hit the flash of the camera, which in turn cut the forehead of the photographer. From out of that to get Broadwell smacked a reporter in the head with a car door is quite a reach.
Now that there is funny.
Breaches are security violations. Breeches are trousers.

Paparazzi suck worse than Broadwell. Close enough to be hit by the car door is an invasion of personal space.

Besides; Bill Clinton already had a bad (BAD) experience with a Paula (Jones).

Sounds like the “freelancer” had her face and camera inside the swing of the door. Obviously, AP needs to provide training for their “freelancers”. Say 20 - 40 hours of learning how to avoid opening and closing doors with a test afterwards requiring a score of at least 70%.
And while I’m thinking about it....
The name Broadwell might remind him of (Juanita) Broaddrick.
Also a nasty memory in the Bent One’s noggin.
