“NOBODY with any legal authority, no elected official, no judge, no immigration attorney, disagrees with me on this.”

There has never been a Supreme Court decision that agrees or disagrees, one way or the other, not yet.

And you can bet your behind that if Rubio ever is nominated, the ‘rat party is going to make plenty of hay about this.

The “citizenship issue” will damage Rubio more than the “Mormon issue” damaged Romney. And I definitely believe that a good number of voters refrained from voting for Romney for exactly that reason.

Hang in there...

Orly will have Obama off the ballot any day now. Then she'll go after Rubio.

The United States does not recognize “dual citizenship” — and never has.
Your question is a moot point.

The Supreme Court does not need to decide, as it is obvious that all the founders intended was to block any naturalized citizen from becoming President.

I read some where back, when his first great, great, etc. granddaddy moved to Mexico with his 7 concubines, they gave up their U.S. citizenships for Mexican citizenships.

This means Romney’s father was a Mexican citizen. The question remains when and if Romney’s father became a U.S. citizen...if he ever did.

the united states does recognize dual citizenship, pull your head out of your rear

...The U.S. Government recognizes that dual nationality exists but does not encourage it as a matter of policy because of the problems it may cause....

I’m not sure if trying to educate you is as hard as trying to educate a liberal or a rock...First either must read write and speak English....you are stuck on the King’s English, we fought a war or two over that

I’m sure that the DNC lawyers will become Birthers shortly after Rubio makes his intentions clear. The media will jump on board quickly with investigative journalism like we haven’t seen since the Palin takedown.

When that happens, all of your points will be proven wrong.

educate?

Nobody with any legal authority agrees with you. You can not point to one single expert on your side of this issue.

It appears that you radical birthers are the people in need of “education” as you have flunked every test so far.

Nonsense.
There is no way that the Democrats will have any standing on any “birther” issue after Obama.

Nonsense? Get real. The rules don’t apply to the Democrats. They do what they want. They control the language.

The Democrats will take advantage of any of Rubio’s weaknesses and their Latino constituency won’t give a hoot. It’s all about the giveaways...

No more RINOs. That includes Marco the non sovereignty loving, non constitutional, republican.

However, he does talk a better game than his mentor Mitt.

Rubio is not a Natural Born Citizen.

Also, Jeb Bush curled up in the fetal position when a Florida woman was being murdered in broad daylight. I know Bush will say he “tried” to “save” her. Right—he asked those who were murdering her to stop—and they said “No.” What more could any governor POSSIBLY do to save a human life???

Nobody said he wasn’t a citizen.

But he is not a Natural Born Citizen: I.e., his parents were not citizens when he was born.

I think he might. If he is friends with Bush; he could make Bush’s son in as VP. No thanks.

I have given you lists twice before. The last list I gave you was about 12 weeks ago.

Now, you can just go sit on it, Potsie Weber.

Your interpretation of what the constitution may or may not say doesn’t matter at all. The only thing that matters is the precedent.....

Thus the problem with the U.S.

“That is all “Natural Born Citizenship” requires, that you are a citizen at birth.”

Gets back to my comment about those old goofy Founding Fathers, using three words “natural born citizen”, when in your view one would suffice “citizen”.

Are you sure there isn’t a difference?
