They also burned the gravesites of Shitite muslim founders in Iraq. The House of Saud filled in the vacuum of the demise of the Ottoman empire.
The Wahhabi sect wants to return to the pure 7th century Mohammed beliefs when Muhammed was consolidating the nomads into one belief system. It wants to weed out the polytheistic ideals that have come into existence. It also wants to weed out the scholarly aspects of Islam.
If you look at Moslem history Muhammed was a murderer, pedophile philanderer and some many other negative aspects. He destroyed the Jews whom were in what is now Saudi Arabia.
If people understand what the fundamentalst sect of the Wahhabi they will see wha is in the heart of Obama. Keep in mind when he was elected, inugrated (sp) in 2009 The King of Saudi Arabia bestowd on Obama jewels and other gifts that have a significant value in the millions.
