I stand in awe of Mrs. Petraeus's ability to use such a hackneyed phrase... almost crime enough...
The system's been dirty since dirty began? Patraeus's looking dirty? Are all the rest of you out there afraid? Maybe you're not perfect either? Oh well, it's easier to control people who have been compromised. And MUCH easier to control those who have been mildly compromised.
There must be some type of regulations forbidding nepotism in federal appointments and/or employment. But I guess those are only applicable to Republicans.

Democrat or Republican are terms for the plebes. In washington we simply have the Ruling Government Party. The goal is too preserve the Gov’t and take care of anyone within it.
Isn’t a government job great? You get inflation-adjusted benefits and you get to give jobs to reward your friends.

She's an Elizabeth Warren groupie. When you figure that Grayson Wolfe (the Lebanese sister's ex) was head of the Iraqi import-export bank and Holly Petraeur was backing the sister in the custody battle along with John Kerry it might make one think there's something to see.
What I’m saying is that this appointment was not made recently. She has had this position for 1-1/2 years.
My theory is that the Petraeuses are libs. I can tell Holly is a lib from a mile away. I think this is one reason why Obama was so willing to get Petraeus out Afghanistan before the affair became public and under the jurisdiction of JAG (the other reason was Petraeus did help Obama by taking command of the war, a step down for him). The job is just another love fest. However, when Obama need cover, the compromised General was more than willing to lie to congress.
True. But it does give insight into Holly Petraeus’ character and some of the connections going on in Tampa.
She thought they really respected her......appreciated her work for Elizabeth Warren. She was a starry eyed tool for Obama and will be discarded now that her husband is no longer useful. She’ll blame her husband for her job loss.....but who needs her now. She will never understand how little the dems thought of her. Let’s see how fast her position is eliminated or filled with an affirmative action type like Susan Rice.
So, a job was created for her just like Moochelle’s make believe hospital job.
