Her paycheck is not signed by the Treasurer of the United States which is what Federale "workers" get. Her paycheck is signed by Ben Bernanke or whoever signs the paychecks at the Federal Reserve. Which is a private bank with some limited personnel appointed by the President to give it a veneer of accountability to the American people. But the people the Federal Reserve really answers to are the major banks that hold stock in it
