Holly was appointed by none other than Fauxcahontas Elizabeth Warren in early 2011. David Petraeus was appointed in late spring of 2011 to the CIA. Paula Broadwell was porking him by late 2011.
I think they are all insolvent at the very least. Don't know about in formal bankruptcy.

To help it's popular image and to play footsie with liberal US Senators, the Federal Reserve set up and funds this program while lib Senators get to appoint their favorites to it. These days the Federal Reserve buys 60% of the debt the US Treasury issues. This private bank is buying up most US debt because the Chinese have stopped.

Long before she met David Petraeus , Hollister Knowlton was Army royalty. Her great-great-grandfather fought in the Civil War and the Indian Wars; her great-grandfather was a brigadier general in the Spanish-American War; her grandfather served in both world wars, earning a Silver Star in the first and rising to lieutenant colonel in the second.
Her father, William Knowlton, is a retired four-star general and NATO commander. He also was superintendent of the U.S. Military Academy, which is how, in 1973, his daughter met her future husband.
Holly was a senior at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pa., visiting her parents for the weekend. A friend of her mother’s asked if she’d like to go to the football game with a cadet she knew. But when he turned out to be busy, the woman called the cadet office in search of an escort. The assignment fell to David Petraeus.

BTW the real down and dirty Fed is the NY branch of the Federal Reserve. The HQ is DC is there to do research, to smooth things over with Congress and the President and to hold lots of meetings on "policy". DC is the PR machine. The actions that affect our economy are carried out in NY. So who are the member banks who own the NY branch of the Federal Reserve? Try and find that one out. It is kept secret and why?
