The woman revealed to have been carrying on an affair with former CIA Director David Petraeus lost her driver's license in a Washington, D.C., park recently, sources tell U.S. News.
A Maryland National Capital Park Police spokesman confirmed that a jogger found a North Carolina license in Rock Creek Park belonging to Paula Broadwell. Park Police planned to hold it for 90 days, per policy, and then send it back to the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
The Park Police also alerted the FBI, says Bill Kellogg, a spokesman for the Park Police. The FBI did not initially return calls for comment on the report.

Alibi for ‘someone using her ID to try and obtain classified intel.’
Oh, yeah..your the poster that thinks there is no relevance to Rove posting a picture with Broadwell to his twitter account and also thinks it’s not relevant if Rove is friends with Broadwell. Back off of my posts. Take your sniping elsewhere.
Not as dramatic as a horse’s head, but every bit as effective...
What sez it was someone at Langley.
In the old days of the Soviet era spying....parks were fertile areas for dumping messages....
Ok...here is my “Spy Novel” two cents.
When the Petreaus “affair” first broke on Friday, I thought it was a late day story dump to DISTRACT from this Thursdays Benghazi hearings. Now...I think differently.
What if this is ALL designed to bring attention TO Bemghazi. A sex scandal psy ops to undermine (at a minimum) or outright take down the Regime?
Barry and his posse were only too happy to BLAME the intelligence community (and then put FBI in charge of Benghazi investigation!?!). And now, after years and years of being told “it’s only consentual sex” we have G4 Petreaus and now Allen being “outed” by women who seem to have Intel operative written all over their resumes.
Really, it reads like a Vince Flynn novel.
I said that one photo doesn't necessarily make it relevant.
You sound kinda confused.
Now, WHO was she knitting sweaters with there???
Probably dropped out of Vince Foster’s pocket.
And the Clintons made parks fertile ground for dumping bodies.
I really really doubt Broadwell was in that park recently.
Her life is at risk. And I am sure she knows it.
Whose side planted the DL is yet to be determined.
Remember, the Sisters have a connection to the DEM machine.
Broadwell has a connection to the Republican Machine. Yes, that picture with Rove IS relevant despite people thinking it is just some random picture.
Thank goodness they don't have a policy of trying to determine if the owner of lost ID is still alive and well! Wouldn't want LEOs prying into private matters like that. /s (useless donut munchers)
Rove trying to send a message? What is your point exactly?
You can't make this stuff up....LMAO
Exactly, the symbolism is too great to be anything less.
The DL depositer is telling her, “Hey, yeah, you DIDN’T lose your license, I know, I know...I’m trying to tell you that I’m the kind of person who has easy access to your data, and more importantly I have easy access to YOU. And if you don’t shut up, the thing ending up in this famously scummy park could be YOU, and not just your licence...”
The phone conversation prolly went like this:
“This is the PD calling to say we found your DL...”
“My lost DL..? I didn’t lose it. I mean I HAVE it —it’s right here, in my purse right now...”
“Ah, ok, right. Well ma’am we had a person turn it in, and it has your name on it...do you want us to check if your previous photo of record is a match on the copy turned in to us...?”
They WANT her to realize she didn’t lose it, you see? They want her to THINK about it and to become afraid.
And then they want her to dummy up.
