Saw a post on my facebook today — they are also demonizing Papa John’s, showing pics of his gigantic mansion and how he refuses to add .14 cents to the price of a pizza to pay for healthcare and also plans to not offer health insurance.
So, the element of envy and jealous over large business continues. They see them as rich, thus, they should just hand it all over to the “workers” I guess — and now, especially in support of Obamacare — the new “cause.”
Someone needs to remind them in real world terms about the goose that laid the golden egg, and what happens when you eat that goose.
My doesn’t Mr. Schnatter, whose product we enjoy regularly in my house, direct his stores to add a line item for each pizza for the Obamacare premium, and make sure cusotmers know that they are paying directly for that?
Change all the prices online to reflect this.
“Medium Pizza...$7.99 ($8.13 with Obamacare costs)”? Make damn sure everyone knows howmuch they are paying. If all businesses did this, it would become very clear how much this plan costs everyone.
If they get together and start a pizza business, then they can do what they wish. Papa John can do what he wishes too. This isn’t spite: it’s cheaper to pay the Obamacare tax fee than to foot the bill for the insurance. The people probably will get paid a little more however. And the pizza price won’t go up.
Good for Papa John’s.
It might be 14 cents at the beginning-—but it will be $1.40 before I die.
