If you spend your time watching politics and haven’t been hiding in a deep depression since Tuesday, you’ve probably been hearing a lot about “ORCA.” According to the Washington Post, ORCA “was designed as a first-of-its-kind tool to employ smartphones to mobilize voters, allowing them to microtarget which of their supporters had gone to the polls.”
There is now widespread condemnation of the program as being sloppy and poorly deployed.

Fact is GOP voters should not have to be contacted to vote PERIOD
Who in this country didn’t know that Nov. 6th was election day? Many states had early voting as well. This is just a stupid excuse.
He said pretty openly that this campaign was little more than an opportunity for GOP "strategists" and "consultants" (he mentioned Karl Rove in particular) to make a lot of money from the hundreds of millions of dollars in donations to the Romney campaign and the RNC during this election cycle.

This I believe. Moderates running the Romney campaign made no real effort to attract Conservatives. ABO was not enough.

Yeah I would agree, at the end of the day, this still says a lot about the general public. Obama’s job performance should have been enough to elect a random draw from a phone book. I sure didn’t need anyone to tell me to vote.
