Hey, fellow Freepers. I have to be honest. I am very disappointed and downbeat that Romney did not get elected, and I won't be a sore loser. We should just be better prepared for the war in 2014, and especially for 2016.
However, I trolled on Huffington Post and Bill Maher's Facebook page, and to be truthful, I have never seen so many SORE WINNERS as the Obama people...you should be euphoric and jubilant! Why are you so angry? Your guy won! Why all the threats and anger and bitterness. Obama is in for four years and you act like Obama was defeated and sent back to Kenya!
If Romney was elected, liberals threatened riots and assassination. I jokingly said on "CONGRATULATE PRESIDENT OBAMA ON HIS RE ELECTION" Facebook page and I made a suggestion for a gift for President Obama: "Two tickets to a play, or a parade in Dallas"...and boy, did the liberals on that page go crazy. Did not go over well!
So why are liberals SORE WINNERS? Where is the happiness and euphoria and high fiving?
They don’t want to win. They want us to lose. That’s what socialism is all about. They don’t try to build up their constituencies to make them happy. They try to bring everyone else down to their level so that they won’t feel jealous.

Exactly...they want to defeat the “enemy”, not bring forth a superior vision. It is all ugly: women screaming, “Republicans, get off my vagina” and screaming, all caps laden rants. Wow...I am talking unhinged.
Anger, revenge, envy, and so on - It’s what drives them. Nothing good comes from it.
There is no happiness in Hell ... only anger and hate lies and every evil, sinful desire.
Liberals are already in Hell here on Earth ... their Hell exists in their minds and is of their own making; every time they speak or write the foulness of their own personal Hell comes spewing out. It's who they are. It's what they do.
I have a feeling we havn’t seen anything yet.
They are not going to understand why they are the ones that will suffer most.
They will still blame us.
We will not be able to help them... even if we want to.
Let us not forget that population control is a key agenda item for communists who see wealth as a finite item which must be preserved and distributed as needed.
Birth prevention (Planned Parenthood) is only 1 leg of a three legged system of controlling population.
Another leg is attrition. (health care death panels)
And the third leg is catastrophic death. (govt has been buying large amounts of ammo and caskets)
However, the one thing they will not be able to extinguish is the American Spirit... which is founded in allegiance to God. God IS in control. Who controls the communists? Who will win in the end?
If you don’t have faith in God, I would advise getting some real soon.
The libs on FB have been insufferable.
One thing they are catching on to though.... this isn’t going to be like other elections where everyone is relieved they don’t have to see the ads - get the calls - everyone stops thinking about it and goes back to life as usual.
Life as usual is’t there anymore. This isn’t going to go away. Every day they are going to be confronted with the choice they made that doomed their fellow citizens.
They got so caught up in hating conservatives and fretting about contraception and abortion - that they doomed the economy.
Yes - the election is over - but the real fun is just about to get rolling.

The idiot female doctor on the Today show said its unhealthy for the country to be sore losers. She never said anything about voting for revenge and how unhealthy that would be for the country.
There are some tax writing experts on the Hill who can figure out how to do that of course, but think of the advantage ~ Republicans don't pay more taxes, yet Democrats get the tax increase they want.
The parameters of the tax are it has to take all their accumulated wealth as well as current income. In the end they go bankrupt and have to move out into the streets to live under wool blankets held up by cardboard boxes.
Their chilun' are seized by Child Protective Services and sent to government orphanages.
They automatically get a felony conviction put on their criminal record and they lose their credit ratings.
It's only fair!

However, all one has to do is see the "hate tweets" directed at folks like Malkin, et. al., to see that the libs are as bitter and angry in victory as they would have been in defeat.

Then I see a lot of the gay marriage proponents on TV ready for blood ... and gay marriage WON! I mean, get married to your boyfriend now, Tony, don’t snarl and show your incisors to me.
The sad thing about the left is yes they hate us and they want us to shut up and disappear but they also want us to continue footing the bills and taking care of them. The thing is you can’t have it both ways.
All I can say is to steer clear of the left. They are screaming into their own void. Let them live with the consequences of their actions. They have no right to enslave the rest of us.
Let lefty men and women turn to one another for help, comfort and protection. Don’t let them into your homes, or sleep with them or feel guilty because they refuse to do what it takes to rise to the occasion and actually do something to fix the problems in this country. The truth is, they are the problem. Let them drown in their own hatred.
The queers are all angry all the time, and they should be. They have very short life expectancies.

Liberals are angry because their entire worldview is built on a lie, and in the core of their soul they know it. But they can't admit it, or their entire world will collapse. That's a lot to carry around.

I know what you mean. If it weren’t for my children, I think it would be content to go to the highest peak for ringside seat at watching the whole place burn. There is this kind of comical irony to the behavior of the left. They are the walking talking example of “You brought that shit on yourself”.

At some level, I think they realize that their plan is unsustainable...that it simply doesn't work.
They love the idea of utopia and the theory that supports it...but they can see that it is impossible.
In the end, I think they are angry at God because in this world--in this reality--their way of life is simply but absolutely...doomed.
Winning may be the worst thing that could have happened to them because now they have to prove their message works. The Left is all about rebellion and striving...never about actually governing.
For years, they have screamed for the opportunity to show how their ideas work...well now they have their chance. And they are finally face to face with the unpleasant reality that socialism doesn't work. It never did!
Excuse me...I am lost here. What anger? Can someone give some concrete examples and/or links to liberal anger. What are they doing? Haven’t had time to research THEIR reaction.
I’m still writing off my donations to my local congregation, and there by lowering my tax bill. More of my money stays in our local community.
Example? Check out bartcop...what a nasty online rag. The hate on that page is insane. Then I am on Facebook, and they are just vowing revenge, to end “the white male hierarchy,” attacking the Romney family the day of their ELECTION VICTORY with manipulated pictures of Mitt and Ann Romney, made to look as unflattering as possible, and attacking even Ann Romney (she was not running for president and they attacked her for being blond and white...I mean, nuts). On Twitter, the black Obama supporters were posting “WE won (notice they did not say Obama won, they said WE WON), white mf’s.” It is WE as in blacks and angry feminists defeated conservatives (seen as mostly white and male). Their victory is sown in hatred, not pushing the philosophy and views of Obama per se.
Another things I've noticed is the total lack of graciousness amongst the Obamabots. As with "Dear Leader", they're going out of their way to get in people's faces, spiking the football.
This is behavior from lefties is something that I've taken note of over the years of participating on web forums, at support the troops rallies and Tea Party events. I've been flipped off, F bombed and had garbage thrown at me from lefties in passing cars. They're very bitter people, even when their guy wins.
I have heard evidence of the same anger on my local radio talkshows. You would think they would want to call in and say “How wonderfull it is Barry was re-elected”. But all the many of the calls are just insults to the host/s and general anger.
I think this is a reflection of the “Revenge” attitude that Obama portrayed during his campaign. The election wasn’t about Ideas or the Canidates to the Dems....it was all about getting back at and hurting conservatives. Now that Obama is in for another 4 years its all about doing things to “stick it” to Right Wingers. Policy will be instituted through the courts esp. if Barry gets another 1-2 Supreme Court picks.

I like your site, rochester_veteran. I cannot handle the fact Louise was re elected...she is nearly 90, hates conservatives (called the Tea Party “fascists”), votes far left (if she bothers to vote at all), and can barely walk...and she was re elected. But Jesse Jackson Jr. gets re elected, and he is in the Mayo Clinic for crack addiction and bipolar. Only a black liberal can get away with that. Well, there is Marion Berry.
Liberals are NEVER happy, because they are always looking outside themselves for 'happiness'.
If this guy asks me out, I'll be happy.
If my candidate wins, I'll be happy.
If I have a cell phone, I'll be happy......
The list is endless!
When happiness doesn't arrive like they planned, then they're not only UNHAPPY, but also angry that the 'plan' didn't work out.
They will never, EVER understand that happiness is an attitude, not a circumstance.
They’re angry because you and I are still breathing and not sharing their worldview.
They hate us...truly hate us and their rulers have been de-humanizing us for years...you see the evidence that proves the “benevolence” of the past is not permanent and indeed there is some probability that they will soon justify heavy oppression against those who believe differently than their rulers.
I believe we very well may be entering a very dark period of time...and it will spread through the entire planet as we really were the glue to hold civilization together (through God).

As I sat and watched all of this unfold Tuesday night, I kept thinking that I was watching half of a nation commit murder/suicide. I had convinced myself the true ‘lesser of two evils’... Romney....would win...and the destruction could be slowed down.
My conservative brother, Andy, with whom I went to vote ....told me that morning (and I didn’t want to believe him) not to get too hopeful....there are an incredibly large number of just plain stupid people in this country. I guess he was right.
We fight on. We have no other choice....

There was a Star Wars novel that this brings to mind. Darth Vader is relaxing in a tub of revitalizing fluids, without his armor. He starts to feel better, but as he starts to feel better, his connection to the dark side weakens, and he starts having trouble breathing without his helmut. It’s the contradiction of the dark side. He can’t live without it, so he must stay angry and unhappy

They are leftist or lefties not liberals. Start using their tactics against them by NOT using words to describe them that make them sound nice and generous. They hate being called leftist but they call us right wing nut jobs.

Our children will thank us someday for not having surrendered. We may be gone and buried, but we may not.

But, we can state it loud and plain:

Yes - I made the mistake of getting my childrens’ hopes up.
Sure kids! You can stay up late and watch our new president get elected! It’ll be fun!
I even talked about the good ‘ole Reagan recovery and how they’ll be lucky enough to see something similar.
And then I felt just awful....I really didn’t think the dumba$$es had already outnumbered us.
I knew it would happen eventually - I wasn’t expecting it so soon, and with a man who is a proven failure.
So now I’m actually downgrading Christmas - again - just like the last 4 years - just like we will for the next four years.
Looking forward to another recovery summer too.

Thanks RochesterNYconservative. I wonder if we've met in the past. I carried the Stars and Stripes that led the 2009 Tea Party March down West Main St.
Slaughter's district, even though it was reapportioned, still encompasses City of Rochester liberals and I saw mostly campaign signs for her within city limits and very few "Maggie" signs. Although I voted for Maggie, she carries a lot of baggage due to all the scandals that have occurred under her watch. Despite that, Maggie would have been a good representative for us. Instead, we're stuck with a bitter (there's that word again!) old woman who won't even have live town meetings because she refuses to meet with "those people". 
LOL. Guess they do understand a little bit of history.
