George P. Bush moves toward seeking office in Texas

George P. Bush of Fort Worth, the son of a former governor, and a grandson and nephew of former U.S. presidents, has filed paperwork with the Texas Ethics Commission, seemingly in preparation for a run for local or statewide office.

As first reported by The New Republic, Bush, 36, filed what is called an "appointment of a campaign treasurer by a candidate" form, which Texas Ethics Commission general Counsel Tim Sorrells said is required of someone who is a candidate.

The report, filed Wednesday, does not indicate which office Bush has his eye on. That might become more evident on Jan. 15, the next deadline for campaign finance reports.

He is a son of former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, grandson of former President George H. W. Bush and a nephew of former president and Texas governor George W. Bush.

Bush keeps residences in Fort Worth, where his wife works as an attorney, and in Austin where he is a partner in Pennybacker Capital.

He co-founded the Hispanic Republicans of Texas Political Action Committee. He is considered one of the GOP's rising Latino stars and told the Tribune in March that "politics is in his blood." He declined then to speculate about any immediate plans to seek office, although speculation has centered on a run for comptroller.

Bush said that on issues such as immigration, he was a George W. Bush Republican -- a moderate.

I am also expecting Michelle Obama to go on a “listening” tour in 2014. . .prepping for her run in 2016.

Considering:

(1) the machinery to steal elections on a national level is now in place AND tested, and,

(2) the obvious feeling of entitlement of the Obamas

The only REAL question is, who will succeed Michelle Obama in 2024 ?? Their oldest, Malia, will only be 26, 9 years younger than the Constitution allows.

Assuming, that is, that we still HAVE a Constitution in 2024. . .

The Karl Rove 2012 plan is now clear:

(1) Make as much money in commissions as humanly possible thanks to Citizens United (Rove made over $25 mil this year)
(2) Run the most ineffective ads so Romney will lose and pave the way for Jeb Bush in 2016

I will NEVER support another RINO, open-borders Bush for the rest of my life. I think we should ban the entire family from politics, along with the Clintons, and put it in the Constitution.

Where’s Bob Dole when you need him??

Here he is! http://www.bobdole.org/

It’s his turn again, isn’t it? He should get another whack at it before the “moderate” Bushes do. This could be his last shot, since he’s 89. I think he could do it this time!

Just in case someone is not real alert, /s

If we are offered another Bush. I will have officially quit elections. It will all be an illusion that I will no longer participate in. I will wait for the war.

The little idiot has presidential sugarplums dancing in his empty head.

Sunday or Monday night, who was standing directly behind Romney and looking into
the camera? No other than fat Jeb.

He no doubt is already working on 2016 as we speak.

He made me sick to watch him.

Looks a lot like his dad, although Jeb looks like he’s gained weight.

Of all the possible Bush candidates, George P is probably the only one worth anything. And Texans need to prepare for Castro ... not Cuba’s but San Antonio ‘s. He’s sure to make a run in Texas after his convention bump.

Geez, I’ll suppose if Jeb doesn’t run we’ll be hearing about THIS kid as “only candidate who can win in 2016.”
