Hardly, Harry. If your statement was correct the American people would not have left you in charge of one chamber and the GOP in charge of the other. In this political environment this is EXACTLY what gridlock looks like. You and your boss own it now, so live with it. And oh by the way we still have a CONSTITIUTION.
