We must all, now and for all time ignore all the Freeper posts about “what the poll internals really say”. The polls are correct. Maybe they factored in fraud. I don’t know. I’ll never believe another Freeper poll internals post again. THE POLLS ARE ALWAYS CORRECT.

Thank you for saying this! I kept reading posts about how all the past polls were wrong, and every time I went back and looked and they were always spot on!

No one remembered those lessons from 2008. They won’t tonight, either. The optimism kool-aid is too sweet.

Two pretty basic points about political campaigns:

1. The polls are usually correct. Not always, but usually.

2. The side that is down in the polls always claims that the polls are wrong. Not usually, always.
