I haven’t vote yet this morning (will at lunch) but driving past my polling place saw an overflow of vehicles in the lot and on the street. Reports from two co-workers this morning whom have voted said that their polling places were packed.
Southern Montgomery County.

From Ohio friends on facebook.

“30 minute line in Warren county”
“Waited 40 minutes but I voted :)” (Hamilton County)
“Longest line in Okeana voting history!!!!!” (Butler County)

All seem to be CHick-fil-a voters judging by the comments.

Clermont County (East Cincinnati), Union Township. I’ve never seen a crowd this large on election day in this polling place. It was PACKED! Clermont County is ROCK-RIBBED Republican turf.

Just got back. It was VERY crowded! My husband said it is a good sign (for Romney). I saw ALL my neighbors...they ALL cofessed to voting for Romney (even the ones who voted Obama in 2008). I have a very good feeling. Our poll watcher was awesome! Some (dem) voters kept leaving lots of material in the booths but he was right on top of it. Folks, this feels like a landslide.

I voted just now in a rat invested area of northeast Ohio. Turnout at my polling place was light. That is good news.

I Live in NE Ohio.

Today (about 6:40 a.m.) I voted and took my mom... who is 90 years old.

We had to wait in line for about 30 minutes, but not because of the crowd.

They had some kind of glitch with the voting machines.

I can't believe that these guys had to re-invent the wheel for a process that never took more than about 10 minutes in the past.

Anyway, there was a line because of it and once I finished and left the building, there were almost no cars outside and people were not waiting to get in.

I am always amazed at the number of pol workers they think they need to expedite the process. Each table had at least 3 people more than necessary. I could not determine what, if anything, they were doing or supposed to be doing.

Got in and out in about 45 minutes when it usually takes 15 at most.

Just voted in Warren County, OH. Large lines compared to even 2010. This bodes well for Romney and the GOP since this is a deeply conservative district, likely > 70%.

I live in a tiny town in Putnam County, and even we had a long line this morning. I usually vote around 8:30 and am voter 150 or so; this morning, I was voter 171. So, it looks like turnout is up about 15%, a very good sign. :)

Putnam County typically votes about 75% Republican; I'm anxious to see if we an hit 80% this year.

We live just 100 yards from our polling station and wife says traffic is heavy this morning. She says it is dying down now. Big time conservative area. She is going to be poll watching as soon as I get home. So should have a real good idea by 5 o’clock tonight.

Longest line I have ever seen in southern Montgomery County. The area generally elects Republicans in the state offices. It took 50 minutes to get through the line, although usually I vote at lunch time or after work so I can't compare it to 7am voting in 2008.

There was a line at my polling place in Warren County--for the first time in the three years I have voted there. I waited in line for 15 minutes, while usually I breeze in, go straight to the desk, and get my ballot. I didn't ask who anyone else was voting for, and no one else asked me, but I saw quite a few Romney-Ryan stickers on cars in the lots.

I'm feeling like some Chick-fil-A for lunch.

Just got done voting in our precinct. There was a line of cars going into the parking lot. I had to wait aboiut 15 minutes to get a voting booth and again to cast my ballot through the scanner. Saw a lot of Romney/Ryan bumper stickers. Didn’t see any 0bama. In 2008, I waited 45 minutes to vote.

Heavy, heavy dem area...Cuyahoga County.

Voted around 8:45 in portage and line was still steady the poll workers said it was starting to slow down finally and were joking about bathroom breaks. 15 minute wait where before I would have just walked right in area leans conservative. took my daughter with me and then headed to kent for an errand - color me shocked right in the middle of downtown was a chair with a Romney sign in what I would have always considered a hard lib central with the college and all.... Think it bodes well.

Possible very good news on the Ohio early voting. Could Romney actually have the lead? What will happen to Nate Silver if this is true?

Here is the link: A MUST READ FOR THOSE FOLLOWING THE OH VOTING

May the heros of Benghazi be proud of how we vote today.

They gave their lives for us, now we need to give our votes for them.

Vote as if the lives of our Military Men and Women depended on it.
