Was he sleeping or did he watch the attack live time and did he go to bed during the attack?

Mere days ago Obama’s campaign press secretary went public with this quote: “President Obama is the only candidate in this race who is going to continue to fight for Big Bird & Elmo.”
Obama allowed the terrorists to capture, torture, and kill our people in Libya. After the Al Qaeda attack was successfully executed, Obama invitied the terrorists into our soveriegn territory, giving them defacto free reign access in and around our embassy, and granting them access to our secret documents and computers. In addition, Obama
gave the terrorists adaqute time to raise the Al Qaeda flag over our embassy building.
Obama did not offer military support during the attack.
A statement made by someone who was not in the loop at the time, so it’s worthless.
It’s a common tactic, find someone in the organization who was not involved, feed them a flat statement, and they go out and tell it to the press, oblivious to the lie

In THAT article it’s reported, “Obama was not asked about, and did not bring up, a report by Fox News Channel that American officials repeatedly asked for military help during the assault but were rebuffed by CIA higher-ups.”
So which is it? He “denies denying requests for help in Benghazi” OR, he was “never asked about it”?
It’s incredible. I’ve absolutely lost all hope for unbaised reporting from these people. They write stuff, and just take the latest story as “fact” without bothering to check what they PREVIOUSLY REPORTED on the matter, which clearly shows that either:
A. The president was never “asked about, and did not bring up, a report by Fox News Channel that American officials repeatedly asked for military help during the assault but were rebuffed by CIA higher-ups.”
OR...
B. He WAS asked (by his “aide”) and the aide reports now that Obama says he did not deny requests for help.
IOW: He can’t have “not been asked” about it AND still apparently deny not providing help!!!!!! It makes no SENSE to say that.
But this is the leftist media after all. “sense” comes secondary when you’re trying to help your guy avoid the biggest scandal to hit his presidency on the eve of a national election. I guess.

Correct me if I am wrong, but did not Obama say at one time, that he wasn’t aware of any requests for help? This statement by the aide, makes it clear, he did in fact know about them. If he did not know, how could he “not” deny them.

Hmmmm..we need some military guys to look at this statement. I wonder what the official request would have been? It probably isn’t called ‘a request for assistance’....it is probably called something else. Permission to engage was denied. Notice that his stand down order was not denied.

This is a very weasely statement and is answering a question no one asked. No one is accusing the Whitehouse of “withholding requests for help.” What does that mean? The White House was not requesting help so they could not withold those requests.
The question is:
1. Did the White House receive requests for help from the consulate in Benghazi? (We pretty much know they did.)
And the follow up questions (after we get a yes to the first question) are:
2. Did the White House DENY any help to those at the consulate who requested help?
3. Did the White House IGNORE the requests for help?
4. Was anyone even there to receive the requests for help?
No one asked the White House this question:
Did the White House WITHHOLD the requests for help?
