ANDERSON, Ind. — Three Highland Middle School students were expelled Tuesday after viewing a topless photo of one of their female teachers on the teacher’s school-issued iPad, according to Nicole Troutt, the mother of one of the boys.
Contacted today, Nancy Farley, principal of Highland High School, and Beth Clark, assistant superintendent at Anderson Community Schools, would not discuss the issue. Clark said the incident was a personnel and student matter, and that ACS officals would not comment.

Sounds like the teacher had the nude photo on the iPad that the school issued to her. They boys somehow were browsing on the iPad and found the photo.
What is a nude picture of her doing on a school issued I Pad in the first place???

"The picture showed up of the teacher topless," said Joshua Troutt, 13, describing the incident that occurred at Highland Middle School.
He and three other students were in their classroom, playing a game on a school-issued iPad.
He said one of the students pressed a button, and a photograph with his teacher's bare chest was revealed.
"It's not our fault that she had the photo on there," Troutt said. "We couldn't do anything not to look at it, if it just popped up when he pressed the button. It was her fault that she had the photo on there. Her iPhone synched to it. She had to have pressed something to make all of her photos synch on there."
Reality: Don't kid yourself sister, middle school boys will think any female they see naked is hot, and you are probably still a vapid, waste of DNA.
Four of them having to share an iPad? That's awful! The school district needs more funding!

Well if the kid was showing nude pictures (of anyone) during class then that certainly deserves suspension. Not sure about expulsion. So that part of the equation makes sense. as a parent I would be embarrased and not demanding anything.
But what happens to the teacher and how did this happen? I suppose an ex boyfriend could have posted the pictures and these kids got them off the internet somewhere? Bizarre.

Our school district issues each STUDENT an ipad.
Most likely, the teacher (or “friend”) took the pics using the iPad’s 5 megapixel camera, and didn’t expect the pics to be viewed by others. Unless it can be shown that the kids took the pics of the teacher (eq, while teacher was in school shower), then it’s the teacher who should be terminated.
