Officers arrested a 35-year-old Crockett man Tuesday afternoon for loitering with lewd intentions near a public restroom at Heather Farm Park, according to a Walnut Creek police alert.
The charge against Ryan Meulpolder was loitering about a public restroom for the purpose of engaging in a lewd act.
"Over the past several weeks the Walnut Creek Police Department has received complaints from the public about lewd activity occurring in and around public restrooms at Heather Farms Park," the WCPD alert stated. "The restrooms in question are on the southern end of the park across the street from a playground and next to baseball and soccer fields. Citizens have also reported unwanted solicitations for sexual activity while using the restrooms."
Several other subjects were contacted during the operation around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

When I was a city police officer over 50 years ago we had to keep an eye on public rest rooms as homosexuals would hang out nearby looking for a young boy or a drunk adult male. Some of their “solicitations” were not verbal at all. They are a creepy bunch.

I would not “do” the number one hottest chick on the planet in a public restroom. I won’t even use a public restroom, unless there is an imminent nuclear explosion from my innards. And I’m not even a germophobe. Gross is gross.
