Jim, Obama has always been the worst choice for America. Worse than McCain, far worse than Romney, even worse than Paul.
Hardly any Freepers wanted Romney, but he is Obama’s opponent and has been for three months. He is the only viable choice.
Regardless of his shortcomings, if you love America, you have to support him against Obama. That is the conservative position...Obama cannot be allowed to win. You, along with the rest, are doing the right thing. Some of us have known this for awhile (and caught hell for saying so).
On another note, I hope the anti Mormon rants will be relegated to the Religion Forum. They have really given FR a black eye. Bigotry (that is certainly what it has looked like) is ugly and unbecoming to Free Republic.
