Everyone seems to want to spend money on this piece of filth. No need to shave him, no need for a costly trial, no need to feed um.
Just tie him to some large chunks of scrap concrete and push him out over the ocean somewhere from a C130 that was headed that way anyways.
The water will take care of the rest for you.
