“I really think this president has a problem with the American dream. And, you know, I don’t think parents out there, Democrats and Republicans alike, are looking for the glass half empty America that Barack Obama wants to sell this country. That’s not what we are. So we’re going to be aggressive. So my view is if they want to punch us we’re going to punch them back with brass knuckles and that’s what we have to do… At the end of the day, the only things that are shovel ready around here are the words coming out of Barack Obama and Joe Biden’s mouth.“

Big talk from him, which is good, but let’s see what action he takes to change, or boycott, these enemy debate moderators.
We need a tougher spokesman, like a Sununu.
That awakening comes very late in the "game," but I believe that it is real.
We should act on the symptoms by trying to get those stirring from a near comatose state, to look more closely at a great many underlying factors that motivate those of us, who have been fully engaged. Who knows what a revival of fundamental Americanism might follow.

There are two ways to handle that. One is to make a big issue of it, and that could be a diversion from the real issues. The other is to politely play the networks' game, but so structure responses as to make the moderators appear ridiculous for framing questions in an irrational manner--as they usually do. Newt Gingrich--whom I believe is now to the Left of Romney--showed one way to do this in some of the debates;--but there are other ways, more consistent with the Romney personality, that one can demonstrate.
The advantage in demonstrating a clearer understanding of the issues & underlying factors that actually control the dynamics of any situation, should not be over-looked.

The RNC is made up of a bunch of GOPe p*ssies. You know this as well as I do. Now, if some Tea Party spokespeople or conservative super PAC folks came forward and said this, I would believe it. But not from the RNC. No way.
Don't get me wrong. I am pretty sure RR is going to win this election bigtime, but it won't be because the RNC is fighting back with brass knuckles!!! It will be because of the perceived incompetence of the 0 administration. I say perceived because he is doing exactly what he set out to do, which is destroy the US economy and get as many people dependent on the gov't as possible.

Obama will lie like a rug, day after day, and NBC-CBS-ABC-CNN will swear to it. Only a brass knuckle fight by the GOP will overcome this.
If he allows himself to be put on the defensive and apologises for this remark, I think I will puke. All he has to do is remind the media of Obozo’s “knife to a gunfight” remark if they play the worn-out race card.

I wish we’d give them a great big dose of their own lying medicine. To counteract that disgusting “Romney killed my wife” ad, we should have an ad with a big ole picture of Obama’s head in that turban, captioned “He’s Muslim!”.

I still have doubts that the Repubs will fight with the vigor it will take to defeat the Chicago Monster.
I’m just afraid this is part of Obama’s strategy. Goad Romney to get down in the mud with him early on before a lot of people are paying attention. Then turn on the “nice guy” act later on and hope that Romney is still slinging the mud, so you can paint him as the sleazeball. Kind of like the Zimmerman/Martin story. If people show up late and see you punching on someone, they are going to think you’re the aggressor. Problem is they missed how the fight started with the other guy punching you.
The reason Obama could be successful with that tactic is that he is already assumed to be a “nice guy” by the swing voters. Even almost all his Republican critics to date have prefaced their critique with he’s a nice guy, good family man, etc. So when that baseline of Obama as being a nice guy is programmed into people’s heads, he has to do a lot to change that impression. But since Romney is not well-known, Obama would like if people are introduced to him looking like a mean, angry, unhinged type.
So I don’t think the talk about punching Obama with brass knuckles is helpful. I think it’s playing into a potential Obama strategy. And I don’t think we can on a message that Obama’s “mean” and a dirty campaigner. It’s a tough, tough sell given his image and it’s irrelevant to why Obama is really bad for America. Obama would love it if the campaign was decided on who was the nicest guy or not because he will win that contest every time.
Instead we absolutely need to point out why Obama’s socialist, radical ideology and policies are anti-American and why they will destroy the freedom, riches, power and privileges our country has been blessed with. In fact, they are designed and intended to do exactly that all in the name of “global equality.” These are the substantive facts we should be “hitting” Obama with constantly no matter how nice or mean he acts. We shouldn’t simply be reacting, especially on an emotional level, to what Obama does. We should be on a relentless offensive about why he is bad for everyone in America and not be distracted by something so trivial as the tone of his campaign.

It's obvious that Romney murdered that poor guy's wife, PLUS he and Ryan are going to throw all our grandmothers off the cliff.......and don't forget they're poisoning the water, hate women, and will re-enslave all blacks.
