Pawlenty Says ‘We’ll Know Soon Enough’

JACKSON, Mich. — After a brief speech at the opening of a campaign office here, Tim Pawlenty was asked if he would return to Michigan “when you’re vice president.”

“We’ll know soon enough,” Pawlenty, dressed in shirt sleeves, told the crowd with a chuckle.

The former Minnesota governor is believed to be on Mitt Romney’s short list of running mates and there is speculation that the choice could be made any day.

Hank Choate, the chair of the Jackson County Republicans, asked the former Minnesota governor what his schedule is like Friday, asking a question many of the reporters in the room were trying to determine.

Pawlenty answered that he would be in New Hampshire. Pawlenty is doing four events in the state Saturday for the state party and the Romney campaign.

Choate then invited Pawlenty to a barbecue here on Sept. 23.

“As the VP, we will welcome you with open arms,” Choate said.

Pawlenty then told the crowd of about 30 that Romney “can’t make a bad pick.”

What the ...... the case I cited defined natural born as born on US soil of citizen parents. Rubio specifically was born on US soil of parents that where Cuban citizens who later became naturalized US citizens. Rubio does not meat the requirements to wit he is not natural born.

NOW.....”As for your tin-foil hat, conspiracy theories regarding the management and control of Rubio...get a life!” what the L are you talking about.

what are you saying that Soros did not pay an organization to change portions of the web so as to foist a fraud on this nation. If so then you are complicit in the crime. I have contacted congressmen and senators putting forth the idea that those who have abridged the documents on the web to further a crime face capital charges.

“This is the “boring white guy” that Brian Williams was bugging Romney about....

Rubio is best suited to GAIN the most votes.
Nevermind what the birthers say...”

That’s ridiculous. No matter how hard Rubio whores himself for amnesty, the GOPe is still going to lose the illegal alien vote. You need to think of another strategy.

“Another” approach is nominating Sarah Palin.

This turns a lot of women free to vote their gender.

And offers a real competitor for half our voters, if Hillary is the opposing nominee.

I do not know if Hillary will enter the race, but if she does we have to be ready.

We don’t WANT the “illegal alien vote”!!!

We don’t want them voting AT ALL!!!

Florida is a swing state, WE WANT THAT VOTE.

...so, guess which analysis is “ridiculous”?

You bloody fool, does the truth sting so much that I can’t utter one truth about a single member of the GOP without being accused of supporting Obama? Rubio is a amnesty pimp. Care to prove me wrong?

You will call anybody that doesn’t want every illegal shipped back an “amnesty pimp”, and the declare them “not sufficiently conservative”.

Rubio wants a solution, which he hasn’t defined.
I believe that starts with closing the border, follow by policies that promote self-deportation. Somewhere along the line some accommodations will be made.

THAT is the real world, and only a “bloody fool” won’t acknowledge it.
Ya, I’d prefer all illegals left, but we all know it won’t happen.

We need candidates who are as conservative as possible and who will garner the most votes.
Rubio is up and down the line the most conservative potential VP candidate out there.
That he has a different implementation plan for your pet issue should not be the deciding factor.
Instead of whining, why don’t you let us all know who you believe will ADD THE MOST VOTES to help fire Obama.

Yeah, and then they’ll “work with the democrats for a bipartisan solution for immigration reform” i.e Amnesty per Mittens own pandering campaign ads to the foreigners, even after he lied throughout the primary’s saying he was against amnesty. The solution is simple. Arizona has proven that even the threat of enforcement starts a mass exodus. It is certainly possible to eliminate the problem utterly within a short time, which coincidentally would also cripple the illegal drug industry. But Rubio and the RINOs are sensitive and caring and consequently their balls dropped off. They also want illegals to work for less than minimum wage in perpetual slavery to drug lords and business interests, and the ones who don’t work get to suck on the government teat and healthcare teat so that we have more reasons to make government even bigger and more pervasive. It’s a RINO’s wet dream.

You may be happy embracing mediocrity with frauds like Rubio, but I guarantee you most conservatives won’t once they realize this. All you’re fighting for is the moderate and illegal alien vote, which you’re not going to win.
