An Israeli military strike on Iran may be just weeks or at most a couple of months away,” a former Israeli intelligence chief said Friday, while stressing that he personally did not think the time was right for an Israeli attack.
“It seems to me,” said Aharon Zeevi Farkash, former head of Military Intelligence in the IDF, “that [an Israeli attack] could come in the near future… that is, weeks or a couple of months.”
Asked whether an Israeli strike would lead to war, he responded: “Absolutely.”
Interviewed on Israel’s Channel 2 News, he added, “The Iranians have to understand” that if they don’t halt their nuclear drive, “they will ultimately have to absorb a blow to their main military sites, from an international coalition, or from the US, or perhaps from Israel.”
Personally, Farkash added, he did not think the time was yet right for a resort by Israel to military action. The decision-makers should “think twice,” he said.

It's either Israel stikes Iran and fully takes out Iran's nuclear capibilities,

The Bible tells us that all the nations will come against Israel in the end times, but Israel will not be destroyed.

I'd think they'd do it before the election. It would steal Obama's thunder, and deny him the propaganda value of claiming he made the call.

I think more likely he'd warn them in advance where we would strike through back channels, so that it looked like we did a lot of damage, but they'be be up and back in business shortly after the election.

Israel must wait until Obama is gone. As a Muslim, Obama hates Israel and will do everything he can to destroy the country and allow Iran and Egypt and eventually Libya and Syria to join in the slaughter of the Jews.
Although Americans can no longer think or reason, Israel knows who Obama is. It is obvious to even the most casual observer. It is not obvious to Americans who let the news media tell them what to think.

Who is saying Israel "must wait"?
Are you saying this or did you hear this from someone or do you postively know that 'someone' has told Israel to wait?
With Netanyahu stating this, I'll bet he will "not risk Israel being gone."
I am of the opinion that Israel must act before Obama is a lame duck or his second term; either is equally dangerous.
Now, he has to at least pretend to not be openly adverse to Israel.
