Consumers (aka taxpayers, voters, citizens) PAY ALL BILLS..
Business passes ALL costs on to the consumer.. including taxes.. or moves to another country(jobs).. or both..

Well duh. McD's doesn't have that magic, free money that obama has with which they may pay for the new mandated entitlement-via-employer. McD's could also just hire fewer people and automate more. Who cares. Who cares about those who lose jobs. The people who are laid off have 99 weeks of such magic money. Besides, the private sector is doing fine.

They could also just reduce ROI of investors. Those investor types have nothing to do with our economy - they didn't build that.
