Actually, we don’t know when he was born. Alvin Onaka refused to verify that he was born on Aug 4, 1961.
But then, he also refused to verify that he was born male, that he was born in Honolulu on the island of Oahu, that his mother was Stanley Ann Dunham Obama, or that his father was Barack Hussein Obama.
The only legal reason for him to refuse to verify a fact is if he CAN’T because the claims are not made on a legally valid BC. And if that is the reason he refused to verify the above items, then he couldn’t have verified the truthfulness of ANY facts from Obama’s birth record.
