Movie massacre suspect James Holmes remained unapologetic and irrational Saturday in a Colorado jail where his life was at risk from inmates bent on revenge. Holmes, held under suicide watch in solitary confinement, remained in his murderous “Joker” persona after arriving at the Arapahoe Detention Center, a jailhouse worker told the Daily News.
“Let’s just say he hasn’t shown any remorse,” the employee said. “He thinks he’s acting in a movie.”

I think he’s acting crazy. He didn’t act this way when he walked into the theater. It would have been noticed.

I read that he wasn’t wearing body armor but just a vest to hold stuff.

He was caught red handed, do not let this little killer get off because he is play acting like he is crazy.
I think he’s crazy. Any mass murderer is probably crazy. They definitely aren’t normal. I also don’t think it matters a whole lot. A feral human who is violent toward others, crazy or not, should be put down. I suppose one could argue the beast should be saved if it can be cured, but who can judge that?
Maybe the “Joker” can be a functional, non-violent member of society at some point. So what? He’s already demonstrated the propensity for extreme violence, and I can’t think of a single reason why he should ever be trusted again.
Why should a single innocent citizen’s life ever be risked again to benefit the “Joker?” The best bet is to put him out of our misery by executing him. He voluntarily threw away his right to life and liberty when he murdered someone.
The loss of any human life, including his, is a tragedy, but he freely chose his path. He could have been a hero, a Batman so to speak, but he chose the Joker instead. Execute him.

Some people need to be put down. They just do. This one has destroyed too many lives to ever be given another chance at living among the rest of us.
Think like Defense Counsel. What proof is there that James Holmes committed this act. He was found sitting in a car with a gas mask.
A second gas mask was found further away.
It is possible he is a mentally broken down patsy.
Maybe not probable.
But possible.
No explanation for that second gas mask found further away from that door.
His father was set to testify before Congress about a banking scandal. That is, MAYBE. I am having a hard time finding whether this is true. It may be a disinformation campaign.

James Holmes father certainly has the credentials for it.
But the rumor that Holmes was going to testify is coming out of Russia. Certainly at this point it would have all been scrubbed.

The next part is the best part. Now he will go up against heavy weight psychiatrists and psychotherapists. His goal is con them into an insanity defense. For this he'll begin with a claim of total amnesia. He will appear drugged on the outside, laughing at the stupid peasants on the inside. He's smarter than all the rest. He can beat them at their own game.
The End Game? Ah! That is to be revealed. But it will take years. You'll see.

The NRA and the Second Amenment did not create James "The Joker" Holmes. Harvey Weinstein's Hollywood did.

And btw, the family has quite a history. The father is very well known in certain circles.

btw, there may be a lot of forensic evidence on James Holme’s body that may indicate he is the killer.
But as for eye witnesses - no one saw James Holmes shoot.It could have been Gas Mask #2 guy.
I have a feeling that James Holmes is going to end up dead before trial.
If I had a lot of money and was well known in the banking field - and my son was accused of a horrible crime I wouldn’t leave it to a public defender. Even if he was caught red handed with the gun inside the theater standing over a body - I would get a good attorney for my son.
Whether he’s faking or not, I’d club him until he stopped spitting, then just drag him by his feet wherever he had to be moved to.
I didn’t hear about the second gas mask. This one is just too bizarre.
And if the Aurora shooter should assume room temperature while in jail, this would be such a loss to the taxpayers [and criminal justice system]? Nope, it would be justice for the warped little scumbag.

If true, he could easily be a patsy - a pre-drugged patsy.
But... why go through all of this setup, and then leave an extra, damning gas mask behind? That's as stupid as a bad movie.
On the other hand, if Holmes is the shooter, what did he need with two gas masks?
Or did he drop one running for the car (maybe ripped it off to see where he was running), and there was another one already in the car when he got in it?

The cops were alerted that there was some kind of gas involved so they had their own. Could have been dropped.

Not that I think this is what happened. I don’t know what happened other than there are a lot of weird things going on this case.
His father is pretty influential in the banking sector.
I can’t find any credible info about his father testifying. It’s coming from Russia.
All I know is that his father has the credentials that could lead him to testify.
As for the second gas mask - yes, it could have belonged to a police officer who discarded it. Seems odd that it would be thrown away and no police officer claimed it but it has been marked as evidence.
No explanation for it, yet.
As for genes going back to the Mayflower...it’s not the genes. It’s the influential family history. Including possible intelligence work. And certainly a powerful player in the banking world

For all we know, he could have been given this son to raise as part of an MK Ultra type project.
Not that I think that happened.
Or he could just be a troubled man who flipped out .
