Florida Republican Sen. Marco Rubio, a rising star in the party and a potential vice-presidential pick for Mitt Romney, said this morning that he disagreed with Republican Rep. Michele Bachmann’s baseless call to investigate Muslim Brotherhood infiltration in the U.S. government.

"There’s a very good reason why the Founders put the Natural Born Citizen requirement in the Constitution. Rubio is exhibit A. No wait, Obama is exhibit A. Rubio is exhibit B."

Jindal is exhibit B. Rubio is exhibit C. Or is Nikki Haley exhibit C?

Any way you slice it, it's a strong case that the republican party doesn't give a rat's @$$ about the Constitution.

Frank Gaffney has been talking about Muslim Brotherhood influence on both sides of the aisle for several years now.

I don’t know if he’s been allowed to return to FOX news after pointing out their Brotherhood influence on Beck’s show last year.

I’m shocked at this. Despite the fact that I am increasingly disappointed in Rubio, I never imagined that he would stoop this low.

The true witch hunt is that of RINO’s (geez, Rubio, you didn’t even take a year to squish out once elected - and Crist was bad?) going after Bachman.

Five members of the House signed the letter. I don’t see their names being trashed.

FU Rubio, McCain, Graham et al.

Otherwise he's about as Conservative as any other upper-class hispanic in the Western hemisphere.

I personally know....plenty of upper-class Hispanic's that are way more Conservative than Rubio....

FWIW-

Rubio is expecting his Hispanic bros to identify with him and come out to vote in droves. However, I don’t think there really is a solid Hispanic identity, I think they identify with their own nations.

There's an existing couple of Conservative factions inside the Republican party. You don't have to go along with the TEAParty crowd.

So far I haven't found a need to push their agenda ~ but I do defend them against mad dog Democrat charges of being violent or racist.

Only violence I've seen has been on the part of Democrats

Michelle spent some of her formative years doing Democrat politics ~ which takes her right off my Presidential short list.

But then again out of the 16 declared candidates we only had 3 who were actual life long Conservative Republicans.

You are right, Islam is the most controlling system ever invented. It does use the family structure as part of its enforcement mechanism because it is really a cult. In a cult obedience to the leader (mohammed) is stronger than devotion to the family. You see that with Jim Jones, and that Arizona cult.

Islam grew very quickly because mohammed bribed his followers with loot from their raids then he picked off one tribe after another forcing the vanquished tribesmen to convert to islam and become part of his army. This is how his army soon took over nations. Of course, when they wom a war over a nation, they would force the enemy army to convert and become part of the moslem army. It was like a snowball rolling down a hill.

Reagan was my favorite ex-Democrat. Not a real fan of Bachman, but I admire her guts, which is sorely lacking in the GOP-e.

I wish Beck would invite him to one of his big bashes as the one he is putting on at Cowboys Stadium. We have to support each other because the bad guys sure aren’t going to support our side.

Disappointing for sure. Maybe he just needs more experience - MUCH more.

“I will no longer be associated with any group that supports Rubio

Rubio supporters are not conservatives.

Not only Rubio pushes Illegal Alien Amnesty, and supports Government funding of Global Warming nonsense...he is also is pro-Terrorist.

Bachmann is 100% correct on calling out Hillary’s asst who has relations w Muzzy Bro’hood

Maybe its time for Real Conservatives to dump the Tea Party...and start our own truly conservative movement. The Tea Party does not represent conservatism anymore”

Looks like you had this figured out before the rest of us!

Rubio has officially shed his sheeps clothing. Hope many now see it.
