A 4-year-old boy died after he took a bullet in the head during a wild shootout on a Bronx basketball court Sunday night, cops and witnesses said.
Two men were also wounded in the gunfire that erupted during a hoops tournament at an E. 165th St. court in Morrisania about 9:40 p.m., police said.

What the hell was a 4 year old doing at a getto basketball tourney at near 10:00 PM? Seems the street rats come out after dark and this time they brought an innocent child along with them. (Yes I know it is not quite “dark” at 10:oo PM but the time of night is).
It was just before midnight.
I have no idea why someone would help their child set up a lemonade stand in the middle of the night.

I bet there was not a properly legal regulated gun in the mix. It kinda makes a person think gun control is a farce. It is so tragic when a child dies but the problem runs deeper then any law can address.
